Terms of Use

The rules for using Python Central Hub, its courses, accounts and certificates.

Last updated: 05/10/2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Python Central Hub ("the site"), which is run by Relax Industries ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

Python Central Hub provides free online courses, exercises, quizzes, assessments and certificates. We may add, change or remove courses and features at any time, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. It is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.

Your account

  • You need an account only to sync progress, sit final assessments and receive certificates.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile page; see the privacy policy for what that removes.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

Assessments and certificates

  • Final assessments are to be completed by you, on your own. Sharing answers, using someone else's account, or using scripts or other people to sit an assessment is not allowed.
  • A certificate states that the named account completed the stated course requirements on Python Central Hub. It is not an accredited academic qualification.
  • Certificates are public by design: anyone with a certificate's id can see the name on it, the course and the date.
  • We may revoke a certificate obtained by breaking these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other learners' data;
  • submit spam, abuse or unlawful content through the contact or feedback forms;
  • use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others;
  • use the in-browser code runner to attack other websites or services.

Content and licences

The course text, exercises and figures are © Relax Industries unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own learning and quote short passages with a link back. The code examples may be used freely in your own projects. The site's source code is published under the MIT licence on GitHub.

Notes and code you write on the site remain yours.

Lessons link to other websites and use third-party services (listed in the privacy policy). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data or reliance on lesson content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and significant changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, India.
